The Mississauga Stadium has a brand new, 385 metre long, Beynon 4 lane running track. The track is not only the longest indoor running track in Mississauga, but also the only one of its kind! The track is entirely covered by a seasonal dome from November 1st until April 30th.

Our track features a blue 13 mm polyurethane (BSS 1000) surface, the same track surface used by many US Division I Universities. The track is ideal for runners and walkers who require a soft and comfortable surface for training during the winter and/or summer months. The Mississauga Stadium track also has markings for the following distances:
