Field
Mississauga Stadium features a regulation-sized field capable of hosting full field soccer and football games. In addition, the field can be separated into four mini-fields (measuring approximately 100 feet x 220 feet each) for smaller sized games. This makes Mississauga Stadium ideal for all field sports including soccer, ultimate frisbee, football, rugby, field hockey, baseball and Aussie rules football. Mississauga Stadium is also one of the only turf fields in the city lined for 9 v 9 soccer games.
Track
Mississauga Stadium features a 385 metre long, four lane running track. The track is comprised of a blue polyurethane surface, ideal for runners and walkers who require a soft, flat surface for training. The track is marked for all standard distances, from 100 meters to one mile.
The track is entirely covered by the seasonal dome from approximately November 1st until April 30th.

Clubhouse
Mississauga Stadium also includes a two-storey, 15,000 sq ft clubhouse with washrooms, change-rooms, lockers, meeting rooms and fitness space.
